Over time, when I decided to change directions, I discovered Pilates. Doing this type of physical activity helps me strengthen my body and improve flexibility, as well as maintain the same love of movement as in ballet.

Every Pilates lesson becomes not just a workout for me, but an opportunity to deepen my connection with my own body and learn how to feel it.

Hi. I am from Moldova and I am 18 years old I have always been immersed in the world of art, and my heart has always been beating to the rhythm of dance. I studied ballet for a long time, spending hours in the studio, honing every move and immersing myself in the music. Ballet has become not just a hobby for me, but a real passion. I love the feeling of lightness and grace when my body moved in unison with the melody.
